Tired of not knowing whether you should seek further medical evaluation? Are you not sure if you should ice, heat, stretch, or move your body after an injury? Do you have questions about how to, or whether or not you should perform certain exercises? The PT "Buddy" 24/7 to answer any wellness related questions that you may have. This plan can be supplemented with in person PT, personal training, or wellness services.
